- Let customers know the price and delivery date before processing the shipment. - Ensure you enter all customer information correctly (name, phone, address, and email).
Create Shipments with Professionalism
- Select the right package for shipment. - Enter the correct package information for regular shipments (weight and dimensions). - Always ask customers for the shipment's total value to enter in the shipment value. - After creating the shipment, have the customer sign a copy of the receipt.
Proper Packaging and Labeling
- Ensure packages are well-packed and labels are sealed. - Never use packing slips on luggage and bags; use luggage tag holders instead.
