Starting February 16th, 2026, all shipments going to Chile, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic will require the consignee’s ID or passport number in order to be processed.

This requirement comes from a new government regulation.

To avoid delays, please ensure that the shipper provides this information at the time of creating the shipment.
